Our Story
Our founder, Matt Dunlap, grew up working alongside his father, learning the trade hands-on from an early age. By high school, that experience turned into a true working partnership, completing projects together across California and building a strong foundation in quality craftsmanship.
Eight years ago, that journey led back home to Tennessee. With the same work ethic and attention to detail, Dunlap Construction LLC was started to serve homeowners who want their projects done right the first time.
Today, we focus on new custom home builds, home remodeling, renovations, and additions.
